In a rare medical incident, doctors at Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan, successfully removed a toothbrush from the stomach of a 55-year-old man who accidentally swallowed it while brushing his teeth.

According to hospital officials, the man was cleaning his tongue early in the morning when he yawned unexpectedly, causing the toothbrush to slip down his throat and into his stomach.

Family members immediately rushed him to the hospital, where a team of doctors performed an emergency endoscopy procedure. Fortunately, the toothbrush was safely removed without surgery, and the patient is now recovering in stable condition.

Medical experts noted that the man was extremely lucky, as the object could have caused serious internal injuries. They advised people to exercise caution while brushing, especially when cleaning the tongue, as sudden movements like yawning or coughing can lead to accidental injuries.

The unusual case has gone viral on social media, with many users expressing surprise over how such an incident could happen. Doctors have urged the public to take oral hygiene seriously but to always maintain care and awareness during daily routines.
