FDA Seals Four Illegal Housing Schemes in Faisalabad
The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has taken action against four private housing schemes found operating without the required approvals along Jhang Road.
According to official sources, FDA enforcement teams inspected several locations and identified multiple projects being developed illegally.
Housing Schemes Sealed
The FDA sealed the following schemes:

Paradise Valley (additional locality)

Madina Villas, located on land in Chak No. 67-JB

An additional locality near Chak No. 74-JB

Al-Hadi Garden
During the operation, heavy machinery was used to remove boundary walls, internal roads, sewage systems, and other unauthorized constructions.
Developers Advised to Follow Legal Procedures
Officials cautioned developers to ensure all legal and technical requirements are fulfilled before any sale or purchase of plots.
The FDA emphasized that action against illegal housing schemes will continue to safeguard citizens from fraudulent and unapproved real estate projects.
