HEC Announces Fully Funded Omani Scholarships for Pakistani Students 2025–26
ISLAMABAD: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has opened applications for the Omani Scholarship Program 2025–26, offering fully funded undergraduate opportunities for talented Pakistani students to study in Oman.
The program allows students to pursue bachelor’s degrees in Engineering, Humanities, Information Technology, and Sciences (excluding Medicine) at selected universities in Oman. It aims to boost educational and cultural cooperation between the two countries while giving high-achieving students access to world-class academic resources.
