Pakistan Women’s Team Announced for Ireland T20I Series, Eyman Fatima Earns Maiden Call-Up
Pakistan Women’s cricket team is all set to kick off its international season with a three-match T20I series in Ireland. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced a 15-member squad, headlined by captain Fatima Sana and featuring several familiar names—alongside a rising star making her debut appearance.
Eyman Fatima Receives First Senior Team Call-Up
The most notable inclusion is 22-year-old Eyman Fatima, who has earned her maiden call-up to the senior national team following standout performances in the National Women’s T20 Tournament held in May in Karachi. Eyman’s form and flair have made her one to watch as Pakistan begins its preparations for a packed season ahead.
The squad was finalized during an ongoing skills camp at the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre in Karachi. The camp, featuring 24 players, will conclude on July 27, after which the selected 15 will participate in a short pre-departure training session before heading to Dublin.
