Tyler Posey Teases ‘Teen Wolf: The Movie’ Sequel

Tyler Posey, best known for his role as Scott McCall in the hit series Teen Wolf (2011–2017) and Teen Wolf: The Movie (2023), has hinted that the supernatural saga is far from over.

In a recent interview with People, Posey revealed exciting updates about the future of the franchise. The 33-year-old actor shared that the original movie was intended to be part of a three-film deal, but plans stalled after the first installment. “Everybody wants more,” Posey said, emphasizing the demand from fans.

Posey also confirmed he has written the script for the second film and is working to bring it to life, with ideas already forming for a potential third installment. “Or we’re just going to do a TV series, but there will be more, and I’m going to spearhead it. I want it really bad,” he added.

The 2023 movie featured Scott McCall reuniting with old friends and facing a new army of supernatural creatures, including banshees and hellhounds. Posey explained that he now wants to lead the entire project, ensuring it delivers what fans are hoping to see.

“They’ve been amazing to us over the years, and I want to give it to them. Me and all the fans and a lot of the actors feel like it was halted at a time where we should have kept it going. So I think there’s more to come,” he said.

With Posey taking the reins, Teen Wolf fans can look forward to more adventures from their favorite alpha werewolf in the near future.
