USPA Announces 2025 Fall Committee, Board of Governors, and Annual Member Meeting in Lexington
The United States Polo Association (USPA) has announced that its 2025 Fall Committee, Board of Governors, and Annual Member Meeting will take place both virtually and in-person at The Manchester, Lexington, Kentucky, from Wednesday, September 17, to Saturday, September 20, 2025.
This annual gathering provides members with the opportunity to participate in committees, share feedback, and play a role in shaping the future of the Association. It also serves as a networking platform for clubs across the country to connect with USPA leadership and staff.

Chairman’s Reception – September 17 at Mt. Brilliant Polo Club

Annual Member Meeting – September 19, 3:30pm – 4:30pm ET

Board of Governors Meeting – September 20, 8:00am – 11:00am ET
In addition to in-person sessions, members can also join virtually via Zoom. Links will be shared closer to the dates. A special Zoom-only Women’s Committee meeting will be held on Monday, September 15, from 11:00am – 12:00pm ET.
Travel & Accommodation
For attendees traveling to Lexington, Blue Grass Airport (LEX) is located approximately seven miles from The Manchester. A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved. Members can book directly online using the group code GCOR0925USPA or by calling the hotel at 859-785-3900. A travel reimbursement stipend of $1,500 is available for all Club Delegates.
Committee Sessions
Throughout the week, a range of committees will meet, including the Constitution Committee, Rules Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Armed Forces Committee, Arena Committee, Safety Committee, Equine Welfare Committee, and Tournament Committee, among others.
The USPA encourages all members to take part—whether in person or online—to represent their club, stay informed, and contribute to the growth of the Association.
