Federal Govt Announces Free Laptops for Students in Karachi

Federal Government to Distribute Free Laptops to Students in Karachi

Government spokesperson Raja Ansari has announced a major development regarding the distribution of free laptops to students in Karachi.

Mega Project Launch in December

According to Ansari, the Prime Minister will launch a mega project in Karachi this December, during which laptops will be distributed to students at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam.

He stressed that the federal government remains committed to providing facilities for the people of Karachi and is working in collaboration with the Sindh government to complete several important projects.

Investment in Development

Ansari also revealed that the federal government is preparing to initiate 22 mega projects in Karachi, with a combined value of Rs. 334 billion. These projects are expected to significantly improve infrastructure and public services in the city.

Cooperation Over Politics

Speaking about political collaboration, Ansari praised Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori, describing him as a positive force in Karachi’s development. He noted that despite limited federal representation in Sindh, the government is actively moving forward with new initiatives.

He further added that the government’s approach is focused on cooperation with the Sindh government and the Mayor of Karachi, rather than engaging in political point-scoring or criticism.

This initiative highlights the federal government’s ongoing commitment to education, infrastructure, and urban development in Karachi.
