📢 LDA’s Stand on Regulation Enforcement
The LDA emphasized that the operation was part of its ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with land use and commercial building regulations. Property owners found operating without approval or defaulting on fees faced immediate sealing.
In a statement, the LDA Director General reiterated the authority’s commitment to taking strict action against any individual or entity violating building codes or misusing land.
🔔 Important Advisory for Property Owners
The LDA has urged all property owners to ensure their commercial operations are properly approved and that all required fees are paid in full. Those found in violation may face penalties, property sealing, or further legal action.
More enforcement actions are expected in the coming weeks as the LDA continues its city-wide campaign to regularize commercial activity and improve urban management across Lahore.
