The MoITT has already begun the process of hiring a consultancy firm to design and develop the system, focusing on global best practices for super apps.
Once launched, the National Super App and Web Portal is expected to transform government-to-citizen (G2C) and government-to-business (G2B) interactions, setting the foundation for a modern digital economy in Pakistan.
