In a landmark move aimed at improving the pilgrimage experience, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has officially approved the Hajj Policy 2026, with a strong focus on full digitization, transparency, and service excellence.
Chairing a high-level federal cabinet meeting on Wednesday, the prime minister emphasized the government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring world-class facilities for all Pakistani pilgrims.
“No compromise will be tolerated in delivering the best possible services to our pilgrims. Their comfort, transparency, and timely support are our top priority,” said PM Shehbaz Sharif.

🤝 IT & Religious Ministries to Collaborate
PM Shehbaz instructed the Ministry of Information Technology to work in close coordination with the Ministry of Religious Affairs to ensure a seamless digital transformation of the Hajj experience.
