Punjab Education Board Increases Certificate Verification Fees

BISE Sargodha Updates Fee Structure for Certificate Verification and Related Services

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sargodha has announced revised fees for certificate verification and other related services. This update comes following approval by the Board of Governors during their meeting on June 26, 2025, and is effective immediately.


💰 Updated Fee Details

  • Departmental Certificate Verification: Rs. 2,000

  • Student Certificate Verification: Rs. 2,000

  • Personal Verification (within Pakistan): Rs. 3,500

For those needing duplicate certificates, the fees are as follows:

  • Duplicate Certificate: Rs. 5,000 (ordinary), Rs. 6,000 (urgent)

  • Triplicate Certificate: Rs. 12,000

Duplicate result card charges have also been revised:

  • Ordinary Processing: Rs. 2,000

  • Urgent Processing: Rs. 3,000


📝 Reason for Fee Revision

Controller of Examinations, Riaz Qadeer, explained that the fee changes aim to ensure transparency and consistency in service charges, reflecting current operational requirements and maintaining service quality for applicants.

These updated fees apply to all new certificate verification and related service requests submitted to BISE Sargodha from now on.
