On Wednesday, the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) showed slight movements against major currencies in interbank trading. The rupee gained 1 paisa against the US Dollar (USD), closing at Rs. 281.95 compared to Tuesday’s Rs. 281.96.
The Euro saw a drop of 91 paisa, ending the day at Rs. 328.33 against the previous close of Rs. 329.24, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese Yen remained stable at Rs. 1.90, while the British Pound fell by 20 paisa, closing at Rs. 380.81 from Rs. 381.01.
Meanwhile, the Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal held steady at Rs. 76.76 and Rs. 75.13, respectively.
These minor fluctuations indicate relative stability in Pakistan’s currency market amid global economic trends.
