Serena and Venus Williams Launch New Podcast “Stockton Street”

COMPTON, California: Tennis legends Serena and Venus Williams are stepping into the world of podcasting with their new show, “Stockton Street”, set to debut Wednesday on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

The podcast is named after the street in Compton where the sisters grew up and will air every other Wednesday. The debut episode was filmed at Arthur Ashe Stadium, the centerpiece of the U.S. Open, where Serena won six of her 23 Grand Slam singles titles and Venus claimed two of her seven.

At 45, Venus Williams recently became the oldest singles player to compete at the U.S. Open since 1981. She returned to professional tennis in July after a 16-month break, while Serena retired from singles competition following the 2022 U.S. Open.

Fans can expect the podcast to cover tennis, personal stories, and insights from the Williams sisters’ remarkable careers.
