Thepchaiya Un-Nooh Seals Thriller to Reach Northern Ireland Open Final Stages
Thailand’s Thepchaiya Un-Nooh booked his place in the final stages of the BetVictor Northern Ireland Open with a nail-biting 4-3 victory over Belgium’s Julien Leclercq. He will now head to the iconic Waterfront Hall in Belfast next month to compete in the last 64.

Un-Nooh, who has started the season strongly after reaching the last 16 of the Wuhan Open, looked in control after building a 3-1 lead with the help of an impressive 85 break.
However, Leclercq showed his fighting spirit, battling back to level at 3-3 and then taking a commanding 59-0 lead in the decider. Just when the match seemed to be slipping away, Un-Nooh produced a brilliant 71 break, moving ahead by 12 points before sinking the crucial pink to secure victory.
