Traffic Fines Will Be Sent to Your |WhatsApp| Number

E-Challans Now Delivered via WhatsApp for Faster Payments

The Safe Cities Authority is phasing out the email system for e-challans, with all future traffic fines to be sent directly to citizens via WhatsApp. This update allows users to view challan details and images instantly on their phones.

Officials confirmed that residents no longer need to rely on email for e-challan payments or corrections. Messages will be sent to the mobile numbers registered in excise records, including a direct link for quick online payment. Payments can also be completed through the Safe Cities website.

New Review Feature for Challans

For those who wish to contest a challan, a new review button has been added to the website. Citizens can submit their requests online, and the technical team will promptly review and update the e-challan as necessary.

This system replaces the older email-based process, making traffic fine payments faster, easier, and more convenient for everyone.
