Yamaha and Unique Increase Motorcycle Prices

Motorcycle Prices Rise in Pakistan Following Budget 2025–26 Adjustments

Motorcycle prices in Pakistan have seen another round of increases, with Yamaha and Unique leading the latest revisions. The price changes come in the wake of new taxation measures introduced in the Federal Budget 2025–26, including the recently implemented Energy Vehicle (NEV) levy. The updated prices took effect on July 1, 2025, for Yamaha, and July 18, 2025, for Unique.

🏍 Yamaha Motorcycle Price Updates

Yamaha Motor Pakistan has revised prices across its entire lineup:

  • YB125Z (Red/Black): Rs. 429,000

    • Includes Rs. 65,441 in sales tax

    • Rs. 4,057 under the NEV levy

  • YB125Z DX (Red/Black/Gray): Rs. 459,500

  • YBR125 (Red/Gray/Black): Rs. 471,500

  • YBR125G (Black): Rs. 490,500

  • YBR125G Matt Finish: Rs. 493,500 (Highest-priced model)

The increase reflects new tax and levy adjustments aimed at promoting cleaner energy and aligning with updated vehicle import and sales regulations.

🛵 Unique Motorcycle Price Increases

Unique Motors has also announced a Rs. 3,000 increase across its UD-70cc series, effective July 18, 2025:

  • UD-70cc Base Model: Rs. 121,500

  • UD-70cc Extreme Plus: Rs. 125,000

  • UD-70cc Special Edition: Rs. 128,500

  • Extreme Plus (Alloy Rims): Rs. 135,000

  • Selfstart Variant: Rs. 147,000

These adjustments come shortly after recent price revisions by Atlas Honda and Pak Suzuki, contributing to a broader trend of cost increases in the two-wheeler segment.

📈 Industry Outlook

The rising costs are attributed to changes in tax structure, import duties, and levies introduced in the new federal budget. Manufacturers are expected to continue adjusting their prices as market conditions and policy changes evolve.
