Now You Can Challenge Wrong E-Challans Online in Punjab

PSCA Launches Email-Based System to Dispute Wrong E-Challans

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has introduced a new online complaint system that allows citizens to contest incorrect e-challans via email—without the need to visit traffic offices in person.

📧 How It Works

If you believe you’ve received an e-challan by mistake, you can now simply send an email to:

👉 etclhr@psca.gop.pk

Your email must include:

  • A clear photo of the e-challan

  • Your vehicle’s registration number

  • A brief explanation of why the challan is incorrect

🔍 What Happens Next?

Once submitted, the PSCA team will verify your claim by reviewing the footage and relevant data. If your complaint is found valid, the e-challan will be cancelled.
