Pakistan Sends 100 Tonnes of Humanitarian Aid to Gaza via Egypt

Pakistanβs National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), in collaboration with Al-Khidmat Foundation, dispatched its second humanitarian shipment to the Gaza Strip on the special directives of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.
A chartered aircraft carrying 100 tonnes of relief supplies landed at El-Arish International Airport, Egypt. The consignment was received by Pakistanβs Ambassador to Egypt, Aamir Shouket, who handed it over to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society for delivery to Palestinian citizens in Gaza. The Deputy Governor of North Sinai also attended the handover ceremony.
Ambassador Shouket thanked the Egyptian government and Red Crescent Society for their support in ensuring smooth delivery of Pakistanβs aid. So far, Pakistan has sent a total of 21 humanitarian consignments, amounting to 2,027 tonnes of relief goods for the people of Gaza.
The ambassador confirmed that additional shipments are en route and will be delivered in coordination with Egypt, reaffirming Pakistanβs commitment to supporting Palestinian citizens during this critical time.
