LAHORE: Pakistani singer Aima Baig and her husband Zain Ahmed have finally addressed the rumours about their alleged separation after social media users noticed that the couple’s wedding photos had disappeared from Instagram and that Zain had apparently “unfollowed” Aima.
The speculation grew stronger when Aima shared a cryptic Instagram story, prompting fans to wonder if the couple was going through a rough patch.
However, Zain quickly put an end to the rumours, revealing that the confusion was the result of an Instagram technical glitch, not a breakup.
“Hey guys, my account was bugging out and some of my posts got archived too. Sorry if anyone got any bitcoin messages,” Zain wrote on his Instagram story. “Changed my passwords, so we’re Gucci now.”
Following his clarification, Zain re-followed Aima and restored their wedding photos, reassuring fans that everything was fine between the two.
Despite his lighthearted statement, some followers still speculated about Aima’s earlier posts — especially one that read, “You are worthy. You always have been, even on the days you forget it.”
The singer also posted a short video of herself performing “Number One Girl” by Rose, featuring emotional lyrics that fans interpreted as a sign of distress.

The couple tied the knot in August 2025 in an intimate ceremony held in Canada. Aima stunned in an ivory and emerald lehenga with delicate floral embroidery, while Zain looked dapper in a white sherwani with gold detailing.
Sharing photos from the event, Aima captioned:
“Married my best friend last night, Alhamdulillah… still feels like a dream. It actually happened. Keep us in your duas as we begin this new chapter together.”
The dreamy wedding pictures — featuring the couple cutting cake and celebrating under warm candlelight — quickly went viral, earning thousands of likes and congratulatory comments from fans and fellow celebrities.
