Pakistan U19 Beat England by 200 Runs to Win Youth ODI Series 3-1

Pakistan Under-19 delivered a strong all-round performance to defeat England Under-19 by 200 runs in the fourth Youth ODI at Sir Paul Getty’s Ground in Wormsley.
The convincing victory allowed Pakistan to secure the four-match series 3-1, with Ahmed Hussain and the team’s middle-order batters playing key roles.
Pakistan Post 350-4
After being asked to bat, Pakistan produced an imposing total of 350 for 4.
Openers Usman Khan and Jahangir Bilal gave the visitors an excellent start by putting together a 148-run partnership.
Both batters scored 79 runs. Usman faced 93 deliveries and struck nine fours and a six, while Jahangir hit 13 boundaries during his 81-ball innings.
Ahmed Hussain and Farhan Yousaf Accelerate
Ahmed Hussain continued Pakistan’s momentum with a quick 63 from 53 balls, including eight fours and a six.
Captain Farhan Yousaf then provided a strong finish, remaining unbeaten on 80 from 54 deliveries.
Hamza Zahoor contributed an unbeaten seven from two balls as Pakistan added 202 runs during the final 20 overs.
For England, Subhaan Ali was the most successful bowler, finishing with figures of 2-55.
England Collapse in Run Chase
England began their chase with some promise, reaching 81-2 before their innings quickly lost momentum.
Ralphie Albert and Isaac Mohammed added 61 runs for the third wicket, giving the hosts hope of mounting a challenge.
Albert scored 46 from just 24 balls, while Isaac contributed 32 off 20 deliveries.
However, once the partnership was broken, England lost wickets at regular intervals. Pakistan’s bowlers claimed eight wickets for just 69 runs, eventually dismissing England for 150 in 20.4 overs.
Ahmed Hussain Leads Pakistan Bowling Attack
Ahmed Hussain finished with impressive bowling figures of 3-16, completing a memorable all-round contribution.
Niqab Shafiq, Mohammad Sayyam and Jahangir Bilal also played important roles with the ball, taking two wickets each.
Pakistan’s combination of aggressive batting and disciplined bowling ensured a comfortable 200-run victory and confirmed their 3-1 series triumph over England U-19.
