Investigation into Bushra Bibi’s Involvement in May 9 Cases Underway
The first phase of the investigation into the May 9 cases involving Bushra Bibi, wife of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has been completed. According to sources, a 6-member police team, led by SP Rawal and DSP Fauzia, conducted a 30-minute inquiry with Bushra Bibi.
During the session, Bushra Bibi was questioned about the protests and incidents of arson that took place on May 9. The investigation team also inquired about any potential involvement in planning attacks on important installations.
Sources indicate that the questioning was based on evidence collected by the authorities. The anti-terrorism court has directed the investigation team to conclude their inquiries within seven days.
