Pakistan’s young chess sensation Rayaan Rehman has achieved another major milestone by earning the prestigious Arena International Master (AIM) title from the International Chess Federation (FIDE), becoming one of the youngest players in the country to receive the honor.
At just 10 years old, Rayaan is already considered one of Pakistan’s brightest emerging chess talents. Earlier, he became the youngest Pakistani to secure both the Arena FIDE Master (AFM) and Arena Candidate Master (ACM) titles.

Competing against strong international opponents, he has recorded victories against players from Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, Mongolia, and Oman. He has also delivered impressive performances against competitors from India, Sri Lanka, and Australia.
His consistent performances have earned recognition within Pakistan’s chess community, particularly for his success in open tournaments where he has competed against much older and experienced players. Rayaan has gained attention for defeating senior competitors with years of professional chess experience.
The young chess prodigy has also won several national-level tournaments, including titles in the Under-10 category and major university-hosted chess competitions.
