PSG Players Display Champions League Trophy at French Open in Paris
Players from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) made a public appearance at Roland Garros on Monday, showcasing their recent UEFA Champions League success to tennis fans during the French Open.
Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembélé was joined by teammates Bradley Barcola, Warren Zaïre-Emery, and Désiré Doué as they presented the trophy on Court Philippe-Chatrier. The group received a warm welcome and standing ovation from spectators in attendance.
PSG secured the Champions League title for the second consecutive year after defeating Arsenal in a final decided by a penalty shootout. Club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi also attended the event at Roland Garros, located near PSG’s home stadium in Paris.
During the ceremony, Dembélé expressed appreciation for the team’s season-long efforts and highlighted their ambition to continue achieving success in future competitions. He also noted the upcoming international tournaments as the team prepares for the next phase of the football calendar.
The appearance brought together two major sporting events in Paris, highlighting the city’s role as a global hub for both football and tennis.
