West Brom Secure Move for Liverpool Academy Defender Carter Pinnington
West Bromwich Albion have reportedly won the race against several Premier League clubs to sign Liverpool academy defender Carter Pinnington, according to media reports.
The 19-year-old centre-back has spent most of his development years at Liverpool’s academy, which he joined at the age of seven. He is now set to leave Anfield to begin a new chapter with West Brom’s academy setup on a permanent deal.
The move was first reported by journalist Pete O’Rourke, who noted that Pinnington is expected to complete his transfer in the coming days.
Pinnington has also represented England at youth international level, featuring for the Under-15, Under-16, and Under-18 teams.
