Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for higher-grade positions (AVP / AVP-I) must have up to 8 years of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions.
For OG-I level positions, at least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
All applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
