Lahore Traffic Police Register Case Over Alleged One-Way Traffic Violation

The Lahore Traffic Police have registered a case against social media personality Akhtar Lawa, widely known as “Lahore Da Pawa,” over an alleged violation of one-way traffic regulations.

According to police officials, the case relates to an incident in which the individual was accused of driving against the designated direction of traffic.

Case Registered Under Relevant Laws

The First Information Report (FIR) was filed by Traffic Inspector Rana Zareef, who stated that legal action was initiated under the applicable provisions of the law.

Authorities said the matter will proceed through the legal process in accordance with established procedures.

Traffic Police Stress Road Safety

Following the registration of the case, the Lahore Traffic Police reminded motorists of the importance of following traffic regulations.

Officials noted that driving the wrong way on one-way roads can increase the risk of traffic accidents and create safety concerns for both drivers and pedestrians.

The department encouraged all road users to observe traffic rules and drive responsibly to help maintain safe and orderly traffic conditions.

Police also reiterated that traffic laws apply equally to all motorists and urged the public to cooperate with authorities by following road safety regulations.
