Over 308,000 Pakistanis Register for Hajj 2027–2030 Through Online Portal

More than 308,000 people have completed online registration for Hajj 2027 to 2030, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The registration process remains open nationwide, allowing intending pilgrims to apply through the government’s digital platform.

Officials said applicants can register through the official Hajj Portal or the Pak Hajj mobile application without paying any registration fee at this stage.

Digital Registration Process Continues

The Ministry of Religious Affairs stated that the online registration system has been introduced to make the application process more convenient and accessible.

As part of the government’s digital services initiative, future stages of the process are expected to include online payment of Hajj dues, reducing the need for in-person visits.

The registration system is being managed through the Hajj Management System, developed by the National IT Board to streamline applications and improve coordination.

Government and Private Hajj Schemes

According to official figures:

  • More than 222,000 applicants have selected the Government Hajj Scheme.
  • Around 86,000 applicants have opted for the Private Hajj Scheme.

Among the registered applicants:

  • 181,000 are men
  • 127,000 are women

Applicant Demographics

The ministry’s data shows participation from people with diverse educational backgrounds.

Among those registered are:

  • Approximately 3,500 PhD holders
  • Around 53,000 applicants with Master’s degrees
  • More than 71,000 Bachelor’s degree holders

The largest number of applicants falls within the 33 to 44 years age group, while nearly 40,000 applicants are aged 61 years or older.

Registration Remains Open

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has confirmed that online registration for Hajj 2027 through Hajj 2030 will remain open, allowing eligible applicants to complete the process from home without paying any registration fee during the current phase.

Officials have advised intending pilgrims to use the official registration platforms and stay informed about future announcements regarding payment schedules and the next stages of the Hajj application process.
