Punjab Boards Matric 2nd Annual Exams 2026 Date Sheet Announced
The Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) has announced the schedule for the Matric (SSC) 2nd Annual Examinations 2026. The exams will be conducted across all nine educational boards in Punjab starting October 6, 2026.
The boards conducting the examinations include Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Sahiwal.
According to the date sheet issued by BISE Faisalabad, Class 10 written examinations will continue from October 6 to October 16, while Class 9 papers will be held from October 17 to October 28.
Practical examinations are scheduled from October 30 to November 17, 2026.
Students should also check their respective board’s official date sheet and roll number slip because examination centers, groups and individual paper details may vary.

The Class 10 second annual examinations will begin with Education on October 6, followed by English on October 7.

Class 9 examinations will start on October 17 with Pakistan Studies for students following the old course. Mathematics and General Mathematics papers are scheduled for October 19.

Matric 2nd Annual Exam Timings
According to the published schedule, morning examinations will begin at 9:00 a.m., while afternoon papers will start at 2:00 p.m.
On Fridays, afternoon examinations will begin at 2:30 p.m. Students are required to reach their examination centers at least 30 minutes before the scheduled starting time.

Important Instructions for Class 9 and 10 Candidates
Students appearing in the Matric second annual examinations should carefully review their roll number slips, subjects, examination groups and assigned centers before the papers begin.
Candidates must bring their roll number slips to the examination center and arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of their paper.
The examination notice also states that papers will be conducted according to the announced schedule even if a local or general holiday occurs during the examination period.
Students are advised to follow their respective education board’s official notifications for any subsequent changes or additional instructions.
