2026 NORCECA Men’s Volleyball Championship: Schedule, Teams and Results

The 2026 NORCECA Men’s Continental Volleyball Championship is set to bring eight national teams together in Moncton, Canada, from September 11 to 19.
The tournament will feature teams from across North and Central America and the Caribbean, with the competition also carrying significance for the upcoming Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
Canada, Cuba, Curaçao, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the United States will compete for the continental title.
Olympic Qualification at Stake
The 2026 NORCECA Championship offers an important opportunity for teams aiming to secure a place at the LA28 Olympic Games.
The tournament winner will earn an Olympic quota place. However, because the United States is the host nation and is already guaranteed a place at the Games, the Olympic quota would pass to the next highest-ranked eligible team if the USA wins the championship.
This makes every match important for teams looking to strengthen their position in the race for Olympic qualification.
Tournament Format
The eight participating teams have been divided into two groups.
The top two teams from each pool will advance to the knockout stage. From that point onward, the competition will move into a single-elimination format.
The semifinal winners will meet in the championship match, while the remaining teams will continue competing for their respective final positions.
