Hyderabad Water Corporation Announces 50 Sanitary Worker Vacancies

The Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation (HWSC) has announced 50 vacancies for Sanitary Workers under a new recruitment drive.

According to the recruitment notice, the positions are open to non-Muslim candidates who hold a District Hyderabad domicile and a Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC). Applicants from outside Hyderabad district are not eligible for these positions.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the posts must be between 18 and 28 years of age. The recruitment notice states that candidates who are educated will be preferred, although no specific educational qualification has been made mandatory.

The appointments will initially be made on a temporary or contract basis for two years.

Applicants seeking consideration under the disability quota will be required to provide a valid disability certificate issued by the relevant authority.

Government and semi-government employees can also apply through the proper channel, provided they submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.

How to Apply

Interested candidates are required to submit their applications within 15 days of the recruitment announcement.

Applications should be addressed to the Chief HR Management Officer, Hyderabad Water & Sewerage Corporation, at the Civic Centre, 3rd Floor, Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad.

Candidates should ensure that their applications include the required documents and meet the eligibility conditions mentioned in the recruitment notice.

The authority has also clarified that no TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.

The recruitment drive is part of the corporation’s efforts to strengthen its workforce for sanitation-related services in Hyderabad.
