NADRA Introduces Self-Service Kiosks at Mega Centers Across Pakistan

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced self-service kiosks at most of its Mega Centers across Pakistan to make identity-related services faster and more convenient for citizens.

The new kiosks allow visitors to complete several common applications independently, helping reduce waiting times and streamline the overall service process.

Services Available Through the Kiosks

Citizens can use the self-service kiosks to:

  • Apply for the renewal of a Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or NICOP.
  • Request a replacement for a lost or damaged identity card.
  • Submit an application for the cancellation of an identity card following the death of a family member.

The kiosks are designed to simplify routine identity services while providing a user-friendly experience for applicants.

Faster and More Convenient Service

According to NADRA, the initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to modernize public services through digital solutions and improve customer convenience.

By enabling citizens to complete eligible applications without direct assistance, the authority aims to reduce processing times, improve efficiency at Mega Centers, and enhance the overall experience for visitors.

The self-service kiosks have been deployed at most NADRA Mega Centers nationwide and are expected to help manage customer traffic more effectively while expanding access to essential identity services.
