New Rules Announced for Pakistan’s Private Hajj Scheme 2027
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued important instructions for Pakistanis planning to perform Hajj 2027 under the private scheme, with new procedures for booking packages and making payments.
Under the latest instructions, pilgrims will not be allowed to make direct payments to private Hajj operators or unauthorized agents. Instead, the booking process, package selection and payments will be handled through the official Pak Hajj App and Hajj portal under the supervision of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
How to Book Private Hajj 2027
Pilgrims interested in the private Hajj scheme will select their preferred authorized company through the official digital platforms.
The ministry has advised applicants to avoid making payments to individuals or agents outside the approved system. If a pilgrim makes a payment to an unauthorized person, the responsibility for that transaction will remain with the applicant.
71,696 Pilgrims to Perform Hajj Under Private Scheme
Under the Private Hajj Scheme 2027, a total of 71,696 pilgrims are expected to perform Hajj.
According to the latest information, more than 105,000 people have already registered through the Pak Hajj App, indicating strong interest in the upcoming Hajj arrangements.
Only Authorized Hajj Companies Allowed
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has also clarified that 25 private Hajj companies are currently registered and authorized by the ministry.
Only packages offered by these approved companies will be made available through the official Hajj portal and Pak Hajj App.
Important Advice for Pilgrims
Applicants planning to perform Hajj under the private scheme should use only the official channels for registration, package selection and payments. Checking the status of a Hajj company through the official system can help applicants avoid unauthorized operators and payment-related issues.
The new digital process is aimed at making private Hajj arrangements more transparent and ensuring that pilgrims deal only with authorized service providers.
