Pakistan Railways Temporarily Suspends Train Bookings at Several Stations Due to Weather Conditions

In view of heavy rains and flood-like conditions in different regions, Pakistan Railways has introduced temporary adjustments to its operations. The changes include suspension of advance and online bookings at a number of stations until the situation improves.

Routes and Stations Affected

According to an official notification:

  • Pakistan Express bookings remain suspended at Alipur Chattha, Hafizabad, Sangla Hill, Chak Jhumra, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Gojra, Shorkot, and Abdul Hakim.

  • Millat Express bookings are suspended at Dinga, Lala Musa, Mandi Bahauddin, Malikwal, Sargodha, Chenab, Faisalabad, Gojra, and Toba Tek Singh.

  • Rehman Baba Express bookings are not available at Alipur Chattha, Hafizabad, Sangla Hill, Faisalabad, and Toba Tek Singh.

  • Hazara Express reservations are suspended at Dinga, Mandi Bahauddin, Malikwal, Sargodha, Jhang, and Shorkot.

Official Statement

Railway authorities have clarified that these measures have been taken to ensure passenger safety and minimize inconvenience. Normal booking and services will be restored as soon as the weather situation stabilizes.
