Pakistan’s Saim Ayub Joins Jamaica Kingsmen for Caribbean Premier League 2026

Pakistan opener Saim Ayub has been signed by the Jamaica Kingsmen for the 2026 Caribbean Premier League (CPL), becoming one of the franchise’s overseas recruits for the upcoming season.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from August 7 to September 20, 2026.
Saim Ayub Among Overseas Signings
The left-handed batter will strengthen the Jamaica Kingsmen squad as part of the team’s international player lineup.
Saim is joined by several Pakistani cricketers, including Usman Khan, Hunain Shah, and Maaz Sadaqat, as the franchise prepares for the new CPL season.

The Kingsmen have also added Hassan Khan and Shayan Jahangir to their overseas squad. Both players previously featured alongside Saim Ayub for the Hyderabad Kingsmen in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2026 season.
Young Pakistani batter Tayyab Arif, who was also part of the Hyderabad Kingsmen setup, has earned a place in the Jamaica squad for the upcoming tournament.

The overseas players will join a squad that includes West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell, giving the franchise a blend of international experience and emerging talent.
