Rawalpindi BISE Introduces Digital Reforms to Improve Exam Transparency
Rawalpindi, July 23, 2026: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced a series of reforms aimed at making examinations more transparent, efficient, and student-friendly.
According to BISE Rawalpindi Chairman Professor Dr. Iqbal Mahmood, the board has introduced a one-window complaint resolution system, improved the paper marking process, and strengthened measures to prevent examination malpractice.
The chairman said the board is working to become one of Punjab’s leading examination authorities by adopting digital governance, automation, computerized operations, and a modern command and control system.
Key Reforms Introduced

Dr. Mahmood stated that maintaining public trust is essential for a credible examination system. He emphasized that all exams will continue to be conducted on the principles of fairness, transparency, and merit.
More Digital Improvements Planned
The board also plans to further enhance its command and control center, enabling real-time monitoring of examination centers. Officials believe these upgrades will improve oversight and help ensure a smooth examination process.
