Zhou Yuelong Scores Third Career 147 in Xi’an Grand Prix Qualifiers

Chinese snooker star Zhou Yuelong achieved his third career 147 maximum break during a 5-2 victory over Julien Leclercq in the qualifiers for the Xi’an Grand Prix.

Zhou’s perfect break came in the fourth frame, giving him a 3-1 lead. The 27-year-old also delivered impressive breaks of 99, 73, and 77, showcasing his top form as he secured a spot in the tournament’s final stages next month in Xi’an.

This achievement makes Zhou the 29th player in history to record three or more official maximum breaks. It was also the 225th 147 in professional snooker and the eighth maximum break of the season.

Zhou’s performance cements his reputation as one of the game’s rising stars, with fans eagerly anticipating his display in Xi’an.
