Punjab University Opens Registration for 2nd Undergraduate Admission Test 2026

Punjab University has announced the opening of registration for its 2nd Undergraduate Admission Test 2026, offering another opportunity for students seeking admission to the academic year 2026–27.

According to the university schedule, the second admission test is tentatively set to be held on July 19, 2026, while the last date for online registration is July 3, 2026. The test is mandatory for all applicants who wish to secure admission in undergraduate programs at the University of the Punjab, Lahore.

Opportunity for Students

The second test is especially helpful for candidates who either missed the first admission test or wish to improve their earlier score. Students who appeared in the first test conducted on June 14, 2026, are also eligible to register again. In such cases, the university will consider the higher score for admission merit.

The admission test contributes 25% weightage to the overall merit calculation. After qualifying the test, candidates will be eligible to apply for undergraduate programs once admissions are officially announced.

Punjab University will conduct the test in multiple categories based on students’ academic backgrounds:

The admission test fee is Rs. 2,500, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Candidates are required to download the fee challan from the Punjab University admission test portal during registration.

The fee can be paid through any branch of HBL or UBL, or via mobile banking using the 1Bill system. After payment, applicants must upload proof of the transaction on the portal to complete the registration process.

  2. Create an account or log in (if already registered)
  3. Fill out the online application form carefully
  4. Select the relevant test category
