Sindh Police Constables Win Medals at Mr. Universe 2026 Bodybuilding Championship
Two constables from Sindh Police have brought international recognition to Pakistan by winning medals at the Mr. Universe 2026 Bodybuilding Championship held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Constable Hamza Ahmed won the Gold Medal in the Classic Physique category, earning the title of Mr. Universe 2026 in his division. His performance at the international event has been widely appreciated, marking a significant achievement for both the athlete and the police department.
Following his victory, Hamza Ahmed met with Deputy Inspector General (DIG) South Asad Raza in Karachi and shared details of his success. The DIG praised his dedication and performance on an international platform, calling it a proud moment for Sindh Police.
To recognize his achievement, the DIG presented him with a commendation shield, a certificate of appreciation, and traditional Sindhi cultural gifts, including Ajrak and a Sindhi cap.
Another Pakistani athlete, Athar Jahan, also performed well in the same championship. He secured a Gold Medal in the Masters Bodybuilding category and a Bronze Medal in Athletic Physique, further highlighting Pakistan’s strong presence in the competition.
The achievements of both athletes have been acknowledged as a positive development for sports talent within law enforcement and the country’s bodybuilding community.
