Four Security Personnel Martyred in Rawalakot Incident, Police Say
RAWALAKOT: Four members of law enforcement agencies were martyred and more than 20 others injured in an incident of firing in Rawalakot, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, according to police officials.
An AJK Police spokesperson said the incident occurred when security personnel came under fire during a law and order situation in the area. The injured personnel were shifted to nearby medical facilities for treatment.
Officials stated that the situation was brought under control following the incident, and security forces were deployed to maintain order in the region.
