Gold Prices Decline in Pakistan as International Market Softens

Gold prices moved lower in Pakistan on Thursday, following a decline in international bullion markets.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola dropped by Rs. 1,800, bringing it down to Rs. 432,036.

The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs. 1,543, settling at Rs. 370,401.

A day earlier, on Wednesday, gold prices had increased by Rs. 4,600, closing at Rs. 433,836 per tola.

Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices fell by $18 per ounce, reaching $4,096 per ounce, reflecting a softer trend in global bullion trading.

Silver prices also recorded a decline in the local market. The price of silver fell by Rs. 33 per tola, settling at Rs. 6,370 per tola on Thursday.
