Gold Rate Nears Rs. 4.7 Lac Again in Pakistan After Small Increase Today

Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a slight increase on Thursday, reversing part of the previous day’s decline as international bullion rates showed a modest recovery.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola rose by Rs. 1,523, reaching Rs. 469,285. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs. 1,305 during the day’s trading session.

On Wednesday, gold had fallen by Rs. 8,600, closing at Rs. 467,762 per tola, reflecting recent volatility in the domestic bullion market.

In the international market, gold prices also edged higher, gaining $14 to settle at $4,468 per ounce.

Meanwhile, silver prices declined slightly, with the per tola rate falling by Rs. 97 to settle at Rs. 7,797.

Market analysts say fluctuations in global gold prices continue to influence local rates, as investors closely watch international economic trends and currency movements.
