NADRA Launches Doorstep Service for Elderly and Persons with Disabilities

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new doorstep service to make identity card services more accessible for senior citizens and persons with disabilities who are unable to visit registration centers.

According to an official statement, eligible citizens can now schedule a home visit by a NADRA biker to complete identity card renewal or modification services from the comfort of their homes.

The service is currently available in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Taxila, Wah Cantt, Lahore, Karachi, and Hyderabad.

To book an appointment, citizens can contact NADRA through its helpline 051-111-786-100 or dial the mobile short code 1777.

The initiative aims to improve access to essential registration services for individuals facing mobility challenges while making the process more convenient and efficient.
