Petrol Prices Expected to Rise in Pakistan from November 1
 Oct 30, 2025

Petroleum prices in Pakistan are expected to increase slightly from November 1 due to fluctuations in the global oil market and the impact of recent US sanctions on major Russian oil producers.

According to early estimates from the first 12 days of the current pricing cycle, petrol prices may rise by Rs. 1.48 per litre, while high-speed diesel (HSD) could see an increase of around Rs. 1.38 per litre.

Similarly, kerosene oil prices might go up by Rs. 2.34 per litre, and light diesel oil (LDO) could increase by approximately Rs. 0.49 per litre.

If the current market trends continue, the expected new consumer prices from November 1 could be:

  • Petrol: Rs. 264.50 per litre

  • High-Speed Diesel: Rs. 276.80 per litre

  • Kerosene Oil: Rs. 184.05 per litre

  • Light Diesel Oil: Rs. 163.25 per litre

The final prices will be confirmed on the evening of October 31, after reviewing the complete import and exchange rate data for the fortnight.
