WBSC and RAXUS Extend Global Sponsorship Partnership Through 2029
The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) has announced the extension of its partnership with RAXUS Inc., confirming the Japan-based technology company as a WBSC Global Sponsor and Presenting Sponsor for the 2026–2029 cycle.
The renewed agreement continues a partnership that began in 2023 and will see RAXUS support several of the WBSC’s major international baseball competitions over the next four years.
Continued Support for International Baseball
Under the new agreement, RAXUS will remain a presenting sponsor for a range of WBSC events, including premier international tournaments, youth competitions, women’s baseball events, and qualification tournaments leading to the Los Angeles Olympic Games.
The company has previously supported high-profile competitions such as the WBSC Premier12, the WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup, the WBSC U-18 Baseball World Cup, and the ePremier12, the federation’s official esports competition linked to the Premier12 brand.
Expanded Brand Presence
The partnership will provide RAXUS with branding opportunities across WBSC events through selected event naming rights, stadium advertising, digital marketing, fan engagement activities, and hospitality programs.
The agreement is intended to strengthen the company’s global visibility while supporting the continued growth of international baseball.
WBSC Welcomes Long-Term Renewal
WBSC President Riccardo Fraccari welcomed the extension, describing it as an important step in the federation’s efforts to grow baseball around the world.
He said RAXUS has consistently supported not only the WBSC’s flagship competitions but also youth development and women’s baseball since becoming a global sponsor in 2023.
According to Fraccari, the renewed partnership reflects confidence in the WBSC’s international events and long-term vision for the sport.
RAXUS Highlights Shared Vision
RAXUS President and CEO Shojiro Fukushige said the company values baseball’s ability to bring people together across cultures and generations.
He noted that the partnership allows the company to strengthen its global brand while connecting with sports fans through international competitions, digital campaigns, and on-site activities.
