19-Year-Old Blades Brown Earns Special PGA Tour Status After Strong Finish at Byron Nelson
Teenage golfer Blades Brown has secured special PGA Tour status after finishing tied for 14th at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson in McKinney.
The 19-year-old needed a finish inside the top 21 to qualify for special temporary membership and achieved it with a strong final round performance.

Brown carded a 4-under 67 in the final round at TPC Craig Ranch, finishing the tournament at 18-under par. The result secured him unlimited sponsor exemptions for the remainder of the PGA Tour season.
