Rokas Jokubaitis Joins FC Bayern Munich on Three-Year Deal
Lithuanian guard and former EuroLeague Rising Star Rokas Jokubaitis has made a big career move, signing a three-year contract with FC Bayern Munich.
The 24-year-old point guard, who previously played for Maccabi Tel Aviv, expressed his excitement about joining the German powerhouse.
“Bayern is a big club that has grown very quickly in basketball,” Jokubaitis said. “I’ve heard a lot of good things, and my good friend Oscar da Silva played a big role in my decision. The coach and management made me feel wanted right from the start. I’m ready to take responsibility and believe in this project.”
Although Jokubaitis still had two years left on his Maccabi Tel Aviv contract, he decided to part ways after just one season.

In the last EuroLeague season, Jokubaitis posted impressive numbers — averaging 12.6 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game, along with a 15.6 PIR across 28 matches.
