Islamabad Police Officer Receives Outstanding Graduate Award in China
Assistant Sub-Inspector Muhammad Ahsan Khan has received international recognition after being named an Outstanding Graduate at a leading police university in China.
An Islamabad Police officer has earned an academic distinction in China after completing a three-year master’s degree in policing.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Muhammad Ahsan Khan was named an Outstanding Graduate at the Criminal Investigation Police University of China (CIPUC) in Shenyang.
Khan completed the Master of Policing programme from 2023 to 2026 under the Chinese Government Scholarship Programme for International Law Enforcement Talents.
Officer Achieves 91% Overall Score
The programme brought together police officers from 10 different countries, providing participants with an opportunity to gain advanced academic knowledge and international experience in the field of policing.
Muhammad Ahsan Khan completed the programme with an overall score of 91%.
His academic performance and overall contribution during the programme earned him the Outstanding Graduate distinction for his term.
China-Pakistan Cooperation in Law Enforcement
The scholarship programme was jointly established by China’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security.
Its objective is to support the professional development of law-enforcement officials from different countries and promote international cooperation in policing.
Khan’s achievement highlights the participation of Pakistani law-enforcement professionals in international education and training programmes.
