England Set for Home FIH Hockey Pro League Matches in London
England’s men’s and women’s hockey teams are preparing for the upcoming FIH Hockey Pro League fixtures in London, with matches scheduled at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre from June 13 to June 28.
The tournament marks the return of the Pro League to London for its seventh season, bringing together several of the world’s top international hockey teams for a series of high-level matches.
Strong Squad Lineups for Home Fixtures
Both England squads head into the home leg after strong performances in the World Cup qualifiers, where they remained unbeaten.
The men’s team features a mix of experienced players and rising talent, with leadership provided by captain Zach Wallace. The squad also includes established names as well as younger players stepping up from the U21 setup.
The women’s team is led by co-captains Flora Peel and Lily Walker, with several experienced players included alongside emerging talent making their Pro League appearances in London.
Key Opponents in London
During the London leg of the competition, the England men’s team will face Argentina, Australia, Pakistan, and India. The women’s team will compete against Germany, Australia, Spain, and Argentina.

England men’s head coach Zak Jones said the London fixtures will play an important role in preparing for upcoming major tournaments, allowing the team to test combinations and improve performance under competitive conditions.
