Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition Launches With Hogwarts-Inspired Design
Realme has launched a special Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition, combining the hardware of its standard smartphone with a Hogwarts-inspired design and themed software experience.
The limited-edition phone features a Magic Brown finish, a Hogwarts crest on the rear panel and a special light-responsive design that reveals the colors associated with the four Hogwarts houses.
Hogwarts-Inspired Design
The Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition has a textured brown rear panel with an argyle-style pattern inspired by the Wizard’s Chess design from the Harry Potter films.
A large Hogwarts crest is placed at the center of the rear panel. The phone also features a camera design inspired by Harry Potter’s owl, Hedwig.
The frame carries a laser-engraved “Welcome to Hogwarts” message, adding another Harry Potter-themed detail to the handset.
Quadra Light-Sensing Technology
One of the phone’s most distinctive features is the light-responsive Hogwarts crest.
When exposed to sunlight or UV light, the crest reveals the colors associated with the four Hogwarts houses. Realme describes this as its Quadra Light-Sensing Color-Changing Technology.
The effect is designed to make the Hogwarts crest change visually under suitable lighting conditions.
Harry Potter-Themed Software
The customization continues into the phone’s software.
The device comes with Harry Potter-themed icons, wallpapers, animations and other interface elements. The camera application also includes themed elements inspired by the Hogwarts houses.
Realme says the software has been customized at the system level to give the special edition a distinct Harry Potter experience.
Special Hogwarts Gift Box
The smartphone is also available with collectible Harry Potter-themed packaging designed around Harry’s Hogwarts trunk.
The limited-edition package includes items such as a Hogwarts acceptance letter, a Platform 9¾ train ticket, bookmarks, character postcards, a customized phone case and a themed SIM ejector tool.
Realme has limited the special collector packaging to 5,000 units worldwide, according to reports.

The Realme 16 Pro Harry Potter Edition retains the core hardware of the standard Realme 16 Pro.
It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max 5G chipset.
The phone comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage in the Harry Potter Edition configuration.
Camera Setup
The smartphone carries a 200MP primary rear camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
For selfies and video calls, the device has a 50MP front-facing camera.
The camera software also receives Harry Potter-themed customization to match the phone’s overall design.
