Para-cycling will also be part of the championship, providing cyclists with disabilities an opportunity to compete at the national level and demonstrate their abilities.
The federation said accommodation and other necessary arrangements had been made at Bahria Town Karachi for athletes and officials travelling from different parts of the country.
The closing ceremony and prize distribution will be held at 4pm on October 11.
PCF President Syed Azhar Ali Shah said national sporting events provide young people with opportunities to participate in positive activities while helping promote cycling across Pakistan.
